爱心专座是给有需要帮助的人使用的，包括但不限于老、弱、病、残、孕、幼，设置专座是社会文明的体现，这个男士携带很多行李，肯定也是累的不轻，大妈的行为表现既不文明同时也违法了。如不能将在地铁公共场所打骂他人的当事人依法处理，杭州就应当取消文明城市称号。
